Cancellations (Drop-In Classes)
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable; however, families are welcome to attend a make-up session of equal value.
Class Packs & Camp Programs
Class packs and camp enrollments are eligible for a prorated refund if families need to cancel due to schedule changes. Alternatively, families may schedule make-up sessions based on availability by emailing info@littlecitystudio.org or texting 813-260-9281.
Missed Classes
If a class is missed without notice, it will be considered used and is not eligible for credit or rescheduling.
That said, we understand that plans can change—please send a quick text if you’re unable to attend. Communication helps us greatly, as each class requires thoughtful preparation and studio setup. At Little City Studio, our relationship with families is important, and we aim to support our community whenever possible.
Studio Cancellations
If Little City Studio cancels a class (due to weather, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances), families will receive the option of a make-up session or credit.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy
Students may be dropped off up to 10 minutes before the start of class and must be picked up within 10–15 minutes after the session ends. Parents/guardians are required to walk with their child along the active driveway to and from the studio entrance. There is no public parking on-site, and unauthorized vehicles are not permitted on the driveway. Only authorized individuals may pick up a child and must present identification at pick-up. This procedure is in place to maintain a safe and secure studio environment.
Please arrive on time for pick-up. A late fee may apply for extended supervision.
Monthly Payment Plans
Monthly payment plans are available for our three core camps: Expression Studio, Design Studio, and Dreamineers Lab.
Families can enroll in a payment plan by applying a designated discount code at checkout. By selecting this option, families agree to receive monthly invoices via email on the 1st of each month, with payment due by the 16th of the same month.
Invoices are sent through HiSawyer and will be processed using the payment method saved in your family profile. Payment methods can be updated at any time directly through HiSawyer.
